I was referred to Alderwood Endodontics by my dentist. I was unable to make my appointment due to my inability to pay, but I was able to pay on a later date. I kindly requested to move my appointment to the following day or week, whenever was next available. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and told me she would NOT reschedule my appointment and that I must keep the current one. I kindly let the receptionist know that, unfortunately, I would not be able to make it due to insufficient funds. The receptionist told me I would be charged for the office visit no matter what and refused to reschedule my appointment. I immediately called my dentist and reported my experience at Alderwood Endodontics. My dentist apologized for the experience and referred me to another provider. Please be advised, if your dentist refers you here, share this comment with them and ask to be referred to a different provider.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wu. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I was nervous about my root canal retreat, but it ended up being much easier than I expected. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and efficient. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Wu and her team.

The guy's name was Jason, and he was worse than Dr. Wu. Don’t go there if you have a cracked tooth. Me and my boyfriend we went to fix his teeth and the first reason was that they said they cannot fix it because of his high blood pressure. Lol how come they didn't just say that they don't know how to fix it? Cause we went to his doctor and it shows that his high blood pressure is normal. So we went back and they tried to fix it and guess what they couldn't. Instead of fixing it they ruined it and make hole in the tooth and put a temporary root canal in it and finally said that they can’t fix it. Now we have to remove the tooth. Like he went there to ruin the teeth, he’s been in pain for almost two weeks. Makes me wanna sue them in court. I recommend you guys go somewhere else if you want to do root canal. These people are scam they’re not professional I swear.

The office is clean and well equipped with modern equipment. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Dr. Kang and his assistant did great work with my root canal treatment. Very pleased with the work.

Very happy with my experience! This office was recommended by my dentist, Dr. Weller, whom I’ve been seeing for over 15 years. I had a root canal done by Dr. Woo, and she did an excellent job! I felt no pain during the procedure (with local anesthesia), and she explained each step before doing it so I wouldn’t get startled or anxious, which I really appreciated. After the anesthesia wore off, I had zero pain and didn’t even need to take any pain medication. Her assistant, Alex, was very nice, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend!
